INSULATING GLASS PRODUCTION

Meet ULTRA TPS®, Glaston’s unique line for producing thin triple and even quadruple IG units. The patented process enables a center glass down to 0.5 mm, fully protected within the secondary seal for durable performance and excellent gas tightness. High‑speed mode for conventional glass increases throughput, while automation minimizes operator input. It’s a sustainable, flexible way to deliver premium IG, lighter, thinner and ideal for retrofits.

Glass tempering

For flat tempering, the TC Series leverages the Chinook circulated‑air convection system to accelerate heat transfer, shorten cycle times and reduce overall production costs. At the same time, automatic process adjustments minimize operator work and maintain high capacity. It’s the efficient route to consistent quality and full‑bed utilization.

When it’s time to bend the most demanding windshields, MATRIX EVO combines active convection pre heating with ultimate bending control. This ensures top optical quality, even with coated or screen printed glass and complex shapes needed for ADAS/HUD. The result is high yield, low energy use and fast ROI.
